How Do You Embrace a Growth Mindset?

Have you ever faced a challenge in your business that you couldn't break from or move forward with? Or maybe you're in a challenging situation, circumstance, or condition at this very moment.

Every challenging condition you go through has a silver lining, even if you can't see it right away. The secret to seeing the value of every struggle is shifting your mindset about the situation.

As human beings, our minds constantly watch the events that happen in our lives. Our mindset determines how we perceive these events and how we react to them.

A fixed mindset involves self-imposed limitations. People with a fixed mindset believe their character, intelligence, and creative abilities are static and can't be changed in a meaningful manner. So, if you don't believe in yourself, who will?

In contrast, people with a growth mindset believe they can grow. And if you want to succeed as an entrepreneur, a growth mindset is what you need.

Here are 5 ways to embrace a growth mindset.

1: Accept your weaknesses

Operating in your comfort zones makes it hard to grow. If you want to succeed, you must stop making excuses as they'll keep you exactly where you are now.

If you tell yourself, "My business is struggling but I know with hard work it'll get better," you're putting yourself in the right direction for maintaining momentum in your business.

2: Learn to see challenges as opportunities

People with a growth mindset see challenges as an opportunity to learn and grow instead of seeing them as obstacles. They aren't afraid to push themselves out of their comfort zones; they always embrace the chance to learn regardless of what challenge comes their way.

When was the last time you did something outside your comfort zone? Even if it's terrifying to put yourself out there, you may realize things may turn out well - better than if you didn't try.

3: Learn to accept failure

If you learn to accept challenges and see them as opportunities, you also need to learn to accept failure and be willing to take risks. This is because failure is partly growth, and fearing failure will prevent you from doing the best for your business.

You need to accept that no matter how hard you try, sometimes things won't turn out how you hope.

4: Stop looking for approval and focus on learning

People with a fixed mindset often worry about what others say about their talent and intelligence. To embrace a growth mindset, you need to stop being concerned about what other people think and about getting their approval.

Use your time to improve for your own good, rather than thinking about what others think about you.

5: Learn how to accept and use criticism

Accepting criticism is a way to learn and improve yourself and your business. Smart entrepreneurs encourage feedback, reviews, and ratings. And when they get negative feedback, they use that information to improve their businesses.

Being a business owner or entrepreneur can be overwhelming and exhausting. So how do some people seem to thrive and achieve their goals and dreams while others struggle?

Discover The Affiliate Marketing Techniques Used By Pros

Affiliate marketing is able to draw so many people in because there's a myth going around that it's an easy thing to do. Pushing someone else's product might seem simple on its face. After all, it's the company's brand and promotion that's ultimately selling the product. Right? Wrong! If this is how you think being an affiliate works, you need to read this article.

You can up your productivity in affiliate marketing by simply clearing out the clutter from your mind and from your desk. Ensure that you're only focusing on affiliate marketing by making sure your desktop is free and clean, and also tidy up a bit in your immediate line of sight. Multiple studies show that a cluttered desk equals a cluttered mind.

Do not fall for schemes from so-called experts in the field who want to sell you on their affiliate marketing products. Believe it or not, every single piece of information you need to know about marketing can be found free of charge from multiple places online. The only benefit of a purchased program is that it gives you the information without searching.

A great affiliate marketing tip is to branch out and try out different affiliate programs. You don't have to stick with the giant networks. Go to your favorite vendor and find out if they have their own affiliate program. Each program is different, so you should never settle with just one.

Nothing is quite as important in affiliate marketing as correctly identifying your audience. Understanding that there are different niche markets within every niche market will help you to only target those potential customers most likely to purchase a product. This saves you a lot of time and helps you make a lot more money.

All of the information that you learn about affiliate marketing is not going to do you any good if you do not absorb it and put it to good use. Learn as much as you can and then use that knowledge to begin building what could turn out to be a quite profitable website.

Look for affiliate programs that are not only on the front end but also the back end too. Affiliate programs that offer a higher commission to you are looking to generate your business for some time to come and will offer back-end programs to benefit you while retaining your business.

Check the conversion rate of customers that turn into sales before you commit to an affiliate program. Your time will otherwise be wasted on directing customers to their site. Check their website to see if it would make you want to buy something. If not, you may want to continue to look for another program.

As you've undoubtedly learned from the tips provided in the article above, you are essentially the company "the brand" even though it isn't really your product. You still have to treat affiliate marketing as your legitimate business, and the tips you've learned throughout this article will help you to brand yourself online.

New Book Teaches How to Attract Money Through Thought and Action

Nearly a century ago, a brilliant man, Napoleon Hill, decided to study how the most successful people in America-people like Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, and Andrew Carnegie came up with their great ideas and became successful entrepreneurs and businessmen. What he discovered has astonished people ever since and has inspired thousands to believe in the power of thought. As the years have gone by, Napoleon Hill's classic Think and Grow Rich has inspired such people as Norman Vincent Peale and Jerry Hicks. Not the least of those inspired is Ray Higdon, and now Higdon has written a modern-day version of Think and Grow Rich with his new book Vibrational Money Immersion: Think and Grow Rich for Network Marketers.

Higdon quotes extensively from Napoleon Hill, but what makes this new book stand out from Hill's classic is that it takes Hill's ideas and applies them to the twenty-first century and specifically the field of network marketing as a means for attracting the kind of success and money people desire. Higdon also shares many of his personal stories of how believing in positive thinking and applying it has helped him to achieve success.

This is a no-head-in-the-clouds type book about imagining riches. Rather, Higdon, who has been flat broken twice in his life and gone on to great financial success, is extremely honest in stating that we need to take action along with imagining the lifestyle and riches we want. As he states, "What are we talking about in this whole book? We're talking about raising your vibrational level toward money. Persistence is an essential factor in raising that vibrational quotient, of transmuting desire into its monetary equivalent." While Higdon clearly believes in the Law of Attraction, he also knows that you can't get something for nothing. Not only do you have to tell the Universe what you want, but you have to decide what you are willing to do to get it, and you have to plan ahead for when you have it. As he wisely points out, most people who win the lottery end up worse off than they were before because you can't get something for nothing and those people have not planned ahead for what to do with their money once they get it.

For Higdon, the solution of what to do in exchange for the money you will attract is network marketing and especially real estate; he has been very successful in real estate. Of course, many people are turned off by network marketing, believing it doesn't work or not understanding why some people succeed at it while they have tried it and failed. Higdon responds to this concern by saying that those results have to do "with people's relationship with money, how they view money, how they view wealthy people, and how they view successful people." Higdon explains that too many people focus on their lack of money rather than envisioning having it; plus, they have a poverty mindset that believes they can't achieve money so they give up before they've even given themselves a chance. But Higdon's book can help people to break that cycle by offering the tools needed to change our thought process to a prosperity mindset. As Higdon's friend Mark Hoverson once said-and this is one of the most powerful sentences in the entire book-"Your poverty is not serving anyone."

A few of the tools Higdon offers readers include learning how to quit using the past as an excuse to hold you back from a successful future, and how to use the power of affirmations to change your poverty mindset into a successful one that will attract money and all the other things you want in life.

For me, one of the most insightful statements Higdon makes is that "Knowledge is not power." A lot of people chase after education, read a lot of books, and go to a lot of seminars, thinking they'll find the secrets to success in that places-and they may, but a lot of them are just fooling themselves into thinking that being busy equates with being productive. He quotes Napoleon Hill to support this point: "Knowledge is only potential power. It becomes power only when, and if, it is organized into definite plans of action, and directed to a definite end. This "missing link" in all systems of education known to civilization today, may be found in the failure of educational institutions to teach their students HOW TO ORGANIZE AND USE KNOWLEDGE AFTER THEY ACQUIRE IT."

Perhaps my favorite part of this book is Higdon's focus on the power of the imagination. He tells us that we have to separate what we want from our current reality: "Too many people are just observing what's in their lives. They say, 'Ray, I'm just telling it like it is.' Well, telling it like it keeps it like it is. Justifying where you keep you where you are. There is no imagination necessary to see your current bank account. This is about developing that imagination, believing that you're more deserving of bigger, better, and more things. That development of the synthetic will let you tap into the creative."

Higdon goes on to discuss many other tools that help people to develop imagination and use it to attract money, but the one that grabbed my attention the most, and which he borrows from Hill, is the idea of invisible counselors to help us. He asks us to imagine who we would like to receive advice from-anyone whom we admire for their success and, more specifically, whom we admire for their characteristics that helped them achieve that success-characteristics we would like to have. For example, if we want to be more persistent, we might choose a famous athlete as a counselor. If we want to be kinder, we might choose Jesus. We can imagine these counselors gathered with us, conversing with us. To me, this idea seems like taking the "What would Jesus do?" question and putting it on steroids to be "What would Gandhi do in this situation?" "What would Andrew Carnegie do in this situation?" "What would Abraham Lincoln do?" I absolutely loved this idea and have begun to use it in my own life as an author thinking about what other authors might do, not just authors I admire as great writers, but authors who were successful businessmen, such as Charles Dickens, as well as people in other professions I greatly admire for their personal beliefs and courage.

Higdon concludes the discussion on invisible counselors by explaining, "Too often people look at successful individuals and they say, 'Well if I only had their money,' or 'If I only had this or that.'' Do you understand that all you need is their mindset, their attitude, and a little bit of their knowledge? That's what you actually need, so that's what you should be asking for." That's what I'll be asking for and then applying, with trust that the money will follow.

Vibrational Money Immersion is filled with tons of more information about how to develop that prosperity mindset so you take inspired action to make money flow to you. Read this book and develop a prosperity mindset, and the sky will be the limit for you.

Steps to Take to Rid Yourself of a Inferiority Complex

Eight things I loved so much they brought me to tears!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! One of the scholars asked his student: How long has it been since you accompanied me? The student replied: It has been thirty-three years. The scholar said: What have you learned during this time? The student replied: I learned eight matters.

The scholar exclaimed: To Allah we belong and to Him we return..!! My life has been spent on you and you have only learned eight different things!? The student said: I do not want to lie to you, I did not learn anything but those eight things. The scholar said: Alright, then tell me what you learned so I can hear it.

The student said: First: I looked at creation and I saw everyone taking a companion. When they each went to their grave, they became separated. I then befriended good deeds, so that when I enter my grave, they will follow me.

Second: I saw God's words "And as for he who fears the status of his lord and forbids himself from desires, heaven will be his abode" so I struggled against myself to drive away from my impulses so that I could be steadfast on the obedience of Allah.

Third: I observed creation and saw that anyone who had anything of value would try to hold on to it. Then I saw the verse where God says "Whatever is with you will end, and what is with God lasts forever", so whenever I gained anything valuable, I gave it to God so he could keep it for me with him.

Fourth: I observed the creation, and I saw all of them showing off their wealth or lineage. Then I saw all words "Indeed the noblest of you with is the most righteous and aware of God" So I strove to attain piety so that I could be noble in the sight of God.

Fifth: I observed creation and I found them envying one another over their worldly possessions. I then looked to the verse of God. "We have portioned amongst them their livelihood in the (lowly) worldly life" so I realized that it is God who chooses who receives less or more (and envy would be questioning God's choice), so I abandoned jealousy.

Sixth: I observed that creatures have enmity amongst themselves, hatred toward each other, and even warfare amongst one another. I then saw the verse where God says "Indeed the devil is an enemy to you, so take him as an enemy"; so I abandoned animosity towards people and occupied myself with battling the devil. Seventh: I observed the creation, and I saw every one of them working hard, forgoing their desires and struggling in order to attain worldly sustenance; even pursuing it through means that are not halal for them. I then reflected upon God's verse "And there is no creature upon the Earth except that upon God is (the responsibility for) its sustenance.

Knowing I was one of these creatures, I occupied myself in the pursuit of what God has ordered me to do and left that (worldly sustenance), which he has guaranteed me, up to Him. Eighth: I observed creation and I saw each one of the creatures relying on another creature like them; one relying on another for his wealth, or to look after his estate or his business. I then looked upon the verse where God says "and whosoever relies upon God, He is sufficient for him", so I abandoned reliance upon creation and I strove toward reliance upon The Creator... Imagine the crowding of all the people in front of the gates of Heaven.. The voices of those who are entering the mix with one another..

Ponder the scene in which that door is opened.. "And the people who were mindfully obedient of God will be driven to heaven in groups" What beauty!? What splendor!? What joy!? What contentment!? How insignificant and lowly is this entire world at that moment!!!? There is no God but God Truly this world has no joy except through his remembrance. And the hereafter has no joy except through his forgiveness and mercy..

I ask God to gather us all in his highest heaven and to make us neighbors of our beloved prophet, peace be upon him And to make us all among those meant when He said.. "Their faces on that day will be glowing, laughing, rejoicing at the good news!"

The best friend is the one who loves you for God, reminds you of God, scares you from the anger of God, and makes you excited and eager to meet God. This uplifted me! So I shared it with you so you could share it with me.

Your Future Is Yours to Create, As Long As You Have a Purpose

Think about today as a new beginning. From today on let no one, not any circumstance and anything said to you, change how you feel, what you believe about yourself, or how you view your future potential. Your future is yours to create.

Now the challenge is going to be living this as a matter of practice. What is it going to take to be able to set an example for yourself to live life unchallenged by events going on around you, especially when there are those who want to upset you, put you down, distract you, make you feel as if you do not possess the skills or talents necessary to succeed, or you find yourself faced with events that are just too overwhelming?

It is all a matter of anchoring your life with a sense of purpose. You have to remember that you are always free. While you may not be able to control what goes on around you, and the actions others may take in an attempt to dominate you, you control your life by what you think. There's nothing more freeing than thinking and planning a new life. That's what it means to have a sense of purpose. Perhaps what I've learned will help to inspire you as well to create a vision or plan.

A Life with a Vision

What it means to have a purpose in your life is to have a plan anchored by a vision. The plan doesn't need to be complex, rather it can be your vision of how good life should and could be for you. It can start as a dream and blossom from that point forward. Whatever it is you decide to do, be creative about it, find methods of establishing visual cues that trigger happy thoughts and good feeling emotional cues. This is something you will call upon during challenging times.

As you dream, or create your future vision, don't allow yourself to be restrained in any manner. You've heard about the sky being the limit. But have you considered how dreams can be unlimited? What if you imagine having no boundaries for whatever it is you want to accomplish now, and in the future? Now is the time to discover how freeing it can be to remove constraints, and set your imagination free. This is your life to create, one vision at a time.

Creating a Sense of Purpose

You can find freedom from any circumstance you may find yourself in, and it begins with the thoughts you develop. No matter how challenging a situation may be, you can always imagine an alternative. At any time, you can create a vision of a new outcome, and allow yourself to feel the emotions of experiencing it. Soon you'll find a way for it to begin, as you make a plan for it. This is how you begin to create a sense of purpose. What follows are some other ideas for developing your own approach to creating your life of purpose.

Plan for Success: You may be in the best of circumstances life can offer, or next to the worst. It doesn't matter when you are looking to the future. Just decide what it is you want, as to the best your life can and should be.

Understand What You Control: If you find you are in a situation now you wish you could change and are unable to do so, give up the need to control it. Instead, look ahead and envision something new. It's time to change your focus.

Recognize Your Thought Patterns: What will set you back quicker than any other habit is old thought patterns that get in your way, such as thinking you are stuck and will not move forward. It's time to recognize and discard those types of thought patterns.

Put the Past Behind You: What happened yesterday is gone and cannot be changed. Regret is never going to bring you the life you desire. If anything, count the past as lessons learned and move forward. Shift your attention to what's ahead.

Open Your Mind to What's Possible: If you've been a situation in which you've been put down, bullied, harassed, or in any other way been made to feel you have no chance of creating a better outcome, future, career, or anything similar, put that all behind you. You can look to the future and imagine becoming anything you desire.

See the Future Vision: Once you've decided you can dream, actually imagine yourself in this new vision. What do you see? Find photos and create your vision board for the future. Do anything that will give you visual prompts of what's to come for you.

Experience the Future Vision: As you envision the new future, allow yourself to emotionally feel it, as if you were there now. Those feelings can inspire you in ways you've never imagined, to begin to take action. Now you have a purpose.

Today Begins Your Renewal

There's no question: What you choose to focus upon matters for your well-being. For example, if you have a negative thought or idea, it can be cultivated into a worrisome state of mind. In contrast, you can also begin with an affirmative or positive idea, and cultivate it, allowing it to continue until you feel good. You are capable of thinking and feeling better. This is never dependent upon a current situation or set of circumstances.

As long as you can use the power of your mind, the thoughts you think, the creativity of your imagination, and your willingness to look ahead, you will set yourself free, and chart a course according to a new purpose you've developed. Once you do, you will never again imagine living a life without a purpose, as you will know how fulfilled you can be, at any moment in time. You need no one but yourself to feel good, and this is what true self-empowerment means. Let today mark the day you begin your renewal, by removing the restraints of doubt and fear, and allowing hope to become the dominate thought within your mind.

Will you, objectively, and introspectively, be, in - touch, with your own feelings, and, seriously, consider, the best path - forward, into the future? Will you commit, to proceed, with commitment, and discipline, to maintain your focus and bring your hopes, and aspirations, to fruition?

2.  Realistic; reasoning; rationale; respect; resonate: To be happy, and content, your process, must resonate, with you, personally! You must be hopeful, yet, realistic, and your reasoning, and rationale, must bring you, personal respect, and contentment!

4. Integrity; imagination; ideals; ideas; image: Will you enhance your self-image, in a way, which, makes you happier, and more content? Will you remain, true, to yourself, consistently, maintaining absolute, personal integrity? 5. Truth/ truthful; time-tested; timely; trends: Are you, ready, willing, and able to be truthful, enough, to tell yourself, the truth, consistently?
